Refund and Returns Policy
OVERVIEW
Sales Department
All vehicles are sold “As-Is,” with no warranty expressed or implied. Aftermarket extended warranties are available for purchase through CAR SHIELD. Vehicles cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Store credit will not be granted.
Prices exclude taxes and fees. All pricing, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, discrepancies in vehicle details, features, or options may occur due to data sourced from multiple providers. We encourage you to verify all vehicle information directly with the dealer to ensure its accuracy. The dealer is not responsible for any errors or omissions.
Fuel efficiency (MPG) estimates are based on EPA ratings and are intended for comparison purposes only. Actual mileage may vary depending on driving habits, vehicle maintenance, and other factors.
Note: SiriusXM is not available in all inventory units, as not all manufacturers include satellite radio in their offerings.
Service Department
All service repairs carry a 12 month/12,000 miles parts and labor warranty whichever occurs first unless otherwise stated (oil changes are not covered under this warranty). Repairs with used-parts carry a 30 day parts only warranty unless otherwise stated or an extended warranty is purchased at time of work authorization submission. Prime Auto reserves the right to refuse to guarantee parts and labor if failure of the original work is caused of extreme driving/racing by the customer, failure of another part, or collision.
Batteries: See DURALAST WARRANTY for more information regarding replacement and roadside assistance.
Tires: Tires carry manufacturer warranty only as per their specifications on tread life. Tread life will be stated on the invoice. Prime Auto does not offer road hazard warranty at this time.
Exchanges
If a new part is considered defective multiple times under the standard parts and labor warranty, Prime Auto reserves the right to attempt to replace the defective part with a different manufacturing brand. This may incur additional costs to the customer, but will be discussed with customer prior to proceeding. Refunds and/or store credit will not be given if any warranty repairs are performed at any other repair facility.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-returnable/refundable and are only redeemable at Prime Auto Sales and Service at 8401 Park Drive, Omaha, NE 68127.
